Do you want to lose weight and keep it off?
If you are serious about making long-term changes to your eating habits and lifestyle my weight loss approach is for you. I use the latest research to design appropriate nutrition plans to support weight loss in a sensible way with no calorie counting, starvation or ‘fad’ dieting. You may be surprised to learn what effect your food and lifestyle choices are having on your weight and overall health. During your programme you will learn which foods can help and hinder weight loss and will receive support and coaching to help you incorporate any changes into your lifestyle for the long term.
What happens during the programme?
Before your first appointment you will be asked to complete a comprehensive health and nutrition questionnaire and keep a food diary so I get a full picture of your diet and lifestyle. At the first appointment I will take a detailed health history and body composition, plus we will discuss your long term goals. We will agree on an action plan for the first 2 weeks and then meet fortnightly (subject to availability) over a 6 or 12 week period depending on which package you choose. At each subsequent follow up appointment you will bring a food diary which we will review and agree on next steps.
Which package should you choose?
I offer three options to suit different needs and budgets. The Basic Programme is shorter in duration, the Standard Programme offers fortnightly support over a 12 week period while the VIP programme offers weekly support for those who want that extra accountability.
